I hold my head high after moving from Bellsouth DSL to Suscom Cable. Bellsouth had served me well the first three years, but after moving to Crossgates, I have had nothing but trouble since February ‘04. I can’t believe I let it go this long, but I was willing to give Bellsouth a few chances to right some wrongs before moving on to other solutions.
After several visits from Bellsouth to my home during the past year of trying ‘this and that’, I grew tired of my DSL modem going out of sync intermittently. An acquaintance at Bellsouth Enterprise Sales suggested I trade in my dated Alcatel Speedtouch Home for one of their newer Westell modems. I figured it couldn’t hurt. That was no help. I’m just glad I didnt’ have to pay for the new modem having been with Bellsouth more than two years.
Anyway, here’s an announcement of starting anew. I’m cancelling my phone line as soon as my Vonage equipment comes in. More about that later…
